Delaware Technical & Community College

Created new Internet-based Physics laboratory procedures and incorporated Internet-based interactive Data Collection Tools with instant error checking.
Designed and published http://physics.dtcc.edu - a web site with 128 Megabytes of storage space, 335 files, 101 pictures, 900 hyperlinks, and 273 linked files.  The site provides 25,000 hits per year averaging about 4 hits per student per week.
Integrated Smart Board technology into classroom presentations.
Implemented Black Board system for all courses including online testing for General Chemistry. 

DoctorQuality.com 

Designed, maintained, and operated Microsoft Access databases for physician reviewer network and state regulations related to Independent Review Organizations. 
Created marketing presentations and sales proposals using Microsoft Office products. 
Project manager for several strategic partners to integrate Internet products.

East Jefferson General Hospital 

Designed, created, and maintained www.ejgp.org as Webmaster using Microsoft Front Page and Microsoft Office products. 
Worked with database administrators to collect and report utilization and quality data from an Oracle-based Electronic Data Repository. 
Involved in integration solutions for disparate legacy systems used in the physician practices management operations and the hospital accounting and registration systems.

PCA Health Plans 

Worked to standardize the method of reporting utilization and quality data, for the three regions in Florida, from an AS-400 system using ASCII file extraction and Microsoft Access database. 
Created and maintained a credentialing database using Q&A that streamlined the workflow process.

Ray Lynch, MD Family Practice 

Implemented a computerized accounting system for accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and general ledger. 
Utilized an on-line computer billing system for Medicaid and Medicare. 
Assembled a state of the art computer system utilizing multi-user multi-tasking operating system PC-Mos that allowed terminals in exam rooms to display patient education software and managed discharge information.

Audio-Medical 

Created a program, using M-Basic, to interpret and report pulmonary function tests results.

Diagnostic Electrical Impedance Systems 

Designed, created, and copyrighted an original software system (I.S. System) for data collection, interpretation, and reporting of patient test results. 
Programmed in M-Basic and operated on a CPM operating system. 
Provided the service at community hospitals in Anderson, IN and Elkton, MD.

Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL 

Served as an adjunct professor and a Senior Project Advisor in the Engineering Department to instruct classes on Biomedical Engineering (1986-1987).
