Received the Excellence in Teaching Award from DTCC in May 2006.

Served as the Histotechnician Technology Program Coordinator since 2004.

Designed and published this web site for Delaware Tech (DTCC) students. 

Created new Internet-based Physics laboratory experiences. (DTCC)

Taught Introduction to Biomedical Engineering (including basic physics) to college students as adjunct professor in the Engineering Department.  Created the curriculum, syllabus, and course materials. Served as Senior Project Advisor. (Teaching Experience)

Served as ACLS Instructor for 10 years; ATLS Instructor for 8 years; BTLS Instructor for 4 years; and EMS Instructor for 3 years - teaching physicians and allied health professionals. (Certifications)

Created Biomedical Engineering training programs to teach basic principles of physics and testing techniques to physicians and allied health professionals. (DEIS)

Created education programs for patients (DEIS) and assembled education software for private practice.  Continued patient education through the Internet using Medical Knowledgebase and Triage Knowledgebase.(DoctorQuality)

50+ presentations on medical topics to physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, lab technicians, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians.  This covered basic chemistry in medicine to physics in Biomedical Engineering. (Teaching Experience)

Created Quality Improvement Programs; centralized data extraction and reporting for key performance indicators. (PCA & EJGH)

Wrote a computer program to perform interpretative algorithms and reports for pulmonary function tests used by an occupational medicine company. Trained technicians to operate the program. (Audio-Medical)

Designed and copyrighted the original software for a complete diagnostic testing system.  Created a procedure manual.  Instructed office personnel and allied health professionals to operate the program and testing techniques.

Created a new training program and protocols for the first Emergency Response Team. (Harris Corporation)

Performed operational responsibilities and budget control. (Private Practice & PCA)

Managed 200 employees including physicians and allied health office staff at multiple sites while controlling $21.6 Million operating expense 3% better than budget. (EJGH)

Started the Indiana State Basic Trauma Life Support program.

Instructed the Health Service Paradigm and Quality Education System to all levels of staff. (PCA)

Performed State & Federal Legislative Lobbying.

Participated in a Marketing Plan for private practice.
