Instructor since August 2001

This four-credit course (with laboratory) applies algebra and trigonometry to basic physics concepts such as:  motion, force, torque, work, energy, power, waves, sound, static electricity, and electric current.  This course is designed to prepare:  

Nuclear Medicine Technology students for Nuclear Physics and a Clinical Internship.

Physical Therapist Assistant students for Kinesiology and a Clinical Internship

Students for certification/registration examinations

The course is offered in one section during the Fall semester.
