Yes, they helped but they were always much harder than the test.
Most of the time – I also found some of the problems within the chapter helpful, too.
I don’t believe they did.  I think the homework questions were a lot more advanced than what we were learning.
Not really.  Even when I work through the homework problems, I still have trouble with the tests.  I need to have my notebook to help me understand and on the test I get lost!

Most of the homework was confusing until we went over it in lecture.

4.  How did you use the Pre-Lab questions on the Internet before lab?

The pre-lab questions helped me to get a better understanding of the material we were going to discuss in lab.
They were very effective in the way that by the time lab started I understand the lay-out of lab.
The Internet helped me to know if I was giving correct answers on PreLab.
I used them to help me prepare for the lab and answer the unknown questions.
I would try to answer the questions myself after reading both the chapter and the lab; then I’d check my answers against yours.  Sometimes I wrote in an answer I didn’t understand, so I could have it with me to learn or ask about in lab.
I never ever looked on the internet for the pre-lab questions.  I did them on my own.
Rarely used it.
They were good for preparing for lab and being familiar with what we were doing before getting into the lab.

9. Comment on the quality of the Internet site and how it was helpful to you.

The internet site was  great help especially for the lab questions and recommended sties.
Very useful.
The Internet site was an excellent tool for references at any time.
Loved the Internet site.  I wish that when you posted the first 2 lectures you did them all.  They were awesome study guides.
It was extremely helpful, from the snow line to the links to knowing there was easy access to you.  Thank you for being so organized & helpful.
I liked the site, I was able to look at my grade, reach you for questions, and look up homework, lab assignments.
Good, very helpful in checking grades and homework.
Internet site was great.  I used it a lot for grades, schedule,  homework, etc.
It let me know how I was doing & what I needed to do to improve my grade.
The internet was great, it allowed me to see my grades before the next class.  It also helped if I didn’t understand a lab question.  All teachers should use the same idea as you.
The site was very helpful, I liked how you could look at grades.
Lovely.
The Internet site was very helpful with lab as well as keeping us with homework questions.

10. Other comments for improvement?

The class was great and so was the teacher.  I wish he taught other courses.
Dr. Lynch is a wonderful teacher.  Very organized and available for any questions we may have!
It was an amazingly accessible and comprehensive and fun class.  I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have had you as my professor.
No J.  Thanks for a great semester!  Even though I struggled a lot, I felt this class was  good opportunity to set my standards straight.  I have been getting tutored throughout this entire semester, but I don’t thin it helped me as much as I thought.  I hope to pass this class on a somewhat of a good basis.  If not, I look forward to seeing you next semester!  Great teaching techniques.
We used like ¼ % of the textbook, what happens to the rest?
You are definitely one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.  You made it fun.  There were just a few times I didn’t understand what you were talking about, but you always fixed it.
I just thin as a teacher you were very helpful when needed and very fair.  Sometimes you did throw me off during the lectures though.
I thought you did well.
Nope, doing great.
